Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Easy Cancellations Before Dispatch:

You can cancel your order within 15 hours of placing the order to get full amount refund, if once shipment dispatched then there will be no cancellation.

Return / Replacement criteria issue:

• Item is physically damaged/defective.
• Varies from the description.
• Wrong item delivered.
• Wrong colour
• .Wrong style.
• Wrong size.
• Wrong quantity.

Terms & conditions:

• For damage issues customers have to email or contact us on the same day of delivery (contact details phone: 94916 10101 and mail id: support@akshayanidhimart.com) (* It is advised to make a video before opening packet on the same day of receiving courier for claiming any refund in case of any missing product & damage*)
• Customer may make the refund/return request within 48 hours from the receipt of products
• Please return your item in its original packaging with all tags, papers and bags and in UNUSED CONDITION
• The refund/return request cannot be made beyond the aforesaid period of 48 hours. We shall not accept the refund/return request from the customer after expiration of the aforesaid time period
• In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.
• Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.
  Custom items are not returnable.

Note:
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

The Refund will be credited within 7 working days after we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks. (If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account)
